Weeknummer 03, 2020 – Veerle van koppen mag zich na afgelopen zondagavond nu ook Zuid Hollands marathon kampioene noemen. Roel Boek startte in Groningen voor een grote meerkamp om de Gruno Bokaal en de pupillen reden hun gewestelijk kampioenschap op de lange baan en de marathon. Gruno Bokaal / zilveren schaats 11 en 12 januari 2020 – Groningen
Aan dit allround kampioenschap deden zesendertig rijders mee. Roel eindigde keurig op een zesde plek. Deze meerkamp werd gewonnen door Louis Hollaar.

ZHK Pupillen zondag morgen 12 januari 2020 – De Uithof
Zowel bij de dames als de heren waren er zesendertig genodigde deelnemers. Van de DKIJV pupillen waren er acht uitgenodigd en zij hebben alle acht het klassement tot een goed einde gebracht.
Mare en Tolle naderen de 50 seconden grens en ook Guus wist zich weer te verbeteren.
